This is great. Thank you Sam. You are probably already on this, but are you planning to create a Save the South Bay fan base to facebook too? Let me know how i can help you...

Sam Pratt

Thanks for the kind words, Jim... Yes, I think a fan page is a good idea; I'll get on it. Here are some suggestions for further action in the short-term; more to come:

• Post a status update on Facebook or Twitter, e.g.: Save the www.hudsonwaterfront.org

• Email your friends with a short note that you think it's important to take action via: http://www.hudsonwaterfront.org

• Drop off stamps or cash for a mass-mailing c/o Peter Jung, 512 Warren Street, Hudson

• Volunteer to help distribute flyers, stuff envelopes, or host a small house meeting

That's just for starters...

Should letters be sent also to the Common Council. i.e. Would a copy of the letter to the DOS be okay?

Jennifer

SAVE THE SOUTH BAY is a coalition of voters, taxpayers, sports enthusiasts, home owners, business owners, renters, workers and other concerned citizens who support revising the plans for the City of Hudson’s waterfront in a more visionary direction—one that is at once more pro-recreation, pro-business, pro-enviroment than the current version.
